Using different media from printmaking to collages, I am fascinated by light and how it filters through the landscape creating inspirational patterns and shaped visions.  Most of my art is conceptual. My work is recognized for its play of texture and sensitivity of material.  The process begins with stimulating walks and travels when I gather thoughts and find natural materials then my work just evolves.

Born in Montreal, Jane earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Universityof New Brunswick.  She increased her knowledge by studies with prominent Canadian and American artists and printmakers.

She is an elected member of the Ontario Society of Artists, the Society of Canadian Artists and the Colour and Form Society, all of which she actively exhibits her work.

Her work can be found in private and public collections including The City of Toronto, BruceCountyand the Government of Ontario.
